Mr Chukwuemeka Ndu
CEO/FOUNDER

Mr Chukwuemeka Ndu is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Accountants and an alumni of the University of Nigeria Nsukka, Chief Executive’s Programme of the Lagos Business School and the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto Canada. Mr Ndu has well over 40 years’ experience in Accounting, Money Market and Project Finance, Audit, Tax and Consulting.

Mr Ndu holds various directorships including BW Offshore Nigeria Limited, Petra Services Limited, Imperial Homes Mortgage Limited and Traxport Rail Serrvices Ltd. In.addition to these, he is presently the Vice Chairman of both Cordros Capital Limited and C&I Leasing Plc.

Mr Obiyo Orji-Ukabiala
MEMBER BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Obi is an experienced Management Consultant, with over 25 years’ experience working globally for ExxonMobil, Accenture, Ernst & Young, Wipro, and Virgin Airlines. He has developed strategic solutions for clients across industries, including Oil and Gas, Utilities, Chemicals, Mining, and Financial Services.

 

He is the founder/managing director of Smartitude Solutions (a global FINTECH organisation) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

 

Obi specializes in conducting rigorous business analyses, developing financial models, articulating business strategies, developing pre-M&A separation and transition plans, designing and implementing business systems, and managing project delivery teams. He has also been extensively involved in the improvement of operating models for global leading organisations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics / Statistics from the University of Benin in Nigeria and Master of Commerce in Information Systems from the University of Queensland in Australia.

 

 

 

Dimgba Hannah, LLB

Dimgba Hannah, an accomplished legal professional from Ohafia LGA in Abia State, Nigeria, holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from Abia State University, Uturu, and a Barrister at Law (BL) certification from Nigeria Law School, Bwari, Abuja, which she completed with distinction. Her unwavering commitment to the legal field has driven her pursuit of a successful career marked by determination and self-reliance.Dimgba has a rich history of engagement in extracurricular activities, including gaining practical legal insights through the Excellence Law Chambers at Abia State University and enhancing her skills in client counseling and case management at the Abia State University Law Clinic. She also served as a Legal Adviser to the Polling Unit Association of Nigeria (PUAN).

Dimgba aims to become a distinguished legal professional, specializing in active litigation practice, arbitration, conciliation, and legal advisory services. Her long-term vision includes advancing the rule of law in Nigeria, promoting justice, and advocating for the rights of marginalized communities.

Dimgba earned her Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from Abia State University, Uturu, in October 2010, and her Barrister at Law (BL) certification from Nigeria Law School, Bwari, Abuja, in November 2012.

She began her career as a Counsel at Alex Izinyon (SAN) & Co. from 2013 to 2017, engaging in active litigation practice. She then joined Francis Mgboh & Co. (Fountain Advocates) as aCounsel from 2017 to 2021, contributing significantly to legal practice and firm operations. Currently, she serves as an Associate Counsel at Abang Odok & Co. (Armani Chambers) since 2021, playing a pivotal role in the firm’s legal practice. Additionally, Dimgba is the Principal of Hannah Dimgba & Co., a law firm registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria (RC No. 7085423), She is also a partner at Adigun & Ayodeji, a law firm duly registered in Nigeria and active in litigation practice.

Dimgba is passionate about international law, human rights law, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. She is particularly interested in examining the intersection of law and social justice, focusing on global issues such as climate change, refugee rights, and gender equality. Her research aims to provide innovative solutions to complex legal challenges, particularly within the Nigerian context.

Dimgba Hannah is poised to leverage her advanced legal education to effect positive change within Nigeria’s legal system. Her dedication to justice, combined with her extensive professional experience and research interests, positions her as a valuable contributor to the legal landscape.
